Refunds

At Gilchrist + Stone, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.  You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery.  The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.  Please contact us at support@gilchristandstone.com for further details. 

For products damaged during shipping, proof of damage will be required before issuing a refund.  Contact support@gilchristandstone.com for more information.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase of the original product. The new product will be shipped once the product being exchanged is received. Contact support@gilchristandstone.com for more information.
